Sharpening a Wood Carving Knife or Tool
2009 May 4
Wood carving knives are used for wood carving and often have short and thin blades for better control.
The easiest way to sharpen woodworking knives or tools is with a Course Diamond Bench Stone.
The interrupted surface features multiple layers of micronsized moncryystalline diamonds banded in nickel to a flat metal surface. The unique overlapping oval hole design speeds sharpening by collecting and holding the metal filings which ordinarily build up during the sharpening process. This allows the sharpening surface to remain clean and clear and speeds sharpening.
