I have several of your sharpeners and am generally very happy with them. Are the angles of the three in one (especially the carbide cutters) the same as ccks? as a mater of curiosity, are all of the carbide cutting edges the same angle on all your products? i am aware that changing from one company’s sharpening device to another company’s device may not get good results because the angles of devices vary. what are the angles used in your fixed angle sharpeners?

Hi Harry- Thanks for submitting your question! All of our carbide sharpeners are 40 degrees + 2 degrees. They should provide consistent sharpening of your knives.
