I’ve never used a knife sharpener before and honestly I was a bit nervous. I thought it would require superhuman strength to get a nice clean edge, but I was very wrong. It was easy! All I had to do was put the sharpener on a flat sturdy surface, then while holding the sharpener in one hand and knife in the other, put the knife in the sharpener at a 90 degree angle and press down with moderate pressure…and repeat until blade is sharp.
Another nice thing is that these sharpeners fits nicely in a kitchen drawer and sharpens both straight and serrated edge knives to razor sharpness. They are really great products and I would encourage you to check out their website and their video that shows how to use their products.
