For a high grade professional quality sharpener, this machine is extremely easy to use. I am very happy with the manual 2 Step Sharpener that I already use, so I wasn’t very excited about what I supposed was going to be a complicated machine. Not so. It has a manual honing station and an electric sharpening station, both of which are super simple to figure out. On the side is a manual scissor sharpening station, and beneath the machine is a small drawer which collects the filings for easy cleanup…
